Three hours of Nesso, Bellagio and lakeside villas
The three-hour tour is for those wishing to venture beyond Nesso to Bellagio, enjoying the lake from their own private boat. Your skipper takes care of navigation while you enjoy the views and your group’s company.
The standard route starts in Como and follows the eastern shore. We pass Villa Troubetzkoy and the Mandarin Oriental in Blevio, Il Sereno and Villa Pliniana in Torno, then Pognana Lario and Nesso’s gorge. Ponte della Civera and the waterfall frame a moment for photos from the boat.
We continue towards Lezzeno and Bellagio, admiring the village from the water. We return via Tremezzo, Villa del Balbianello, Villa La Cassinella and Comacina Island before reaching Argegno.
We follow Brienno and Laglio, passing Villa Regina Teodolinda and Villa Oleandra, known as George Clooney’s home. Then Carate Urio, the Lido di Moltrasio and Villa Fontanelle, associated with Gianni Versace. Villa Pizzo, Villa d’Este and Villa Erba in Cernobbio accompany our final stretch towards Como.
A different boarding location can be agreed: we will adapt the route and return arrangements together. Landmarks are viewed from the boat; no interior visits or landings are included.

Is the price per person or per boat?
The price is €750 for the whole boat for a 3-hour private tour. Your group has exclusive use of Dolce Far Niente, with a skipper.
What is included?
The private boat, skipper, fuel, life jackets and sun canopy are included. One bottle of prosecco is included for your group.
Can we board somewhere other than Como?
Yes, you can request a different departure point. We confirm whether pickup is possible, the return point, any transfer charges and how the route will be adapted before booking.
Can we go ashore during this tour?
This itinerary is enjoyed from the boat, without visits inside the villas. An approximately 30-minute pause in front of a villa is included within the three hours.
How do I request this package?

Weather, cancellations & your deposit.
What happens if bad weather is forecast?
We monitor the forecast in the days before your booking. Depending on the expected conditions, we contact you to arrange a change of date or cancellation. If we cancel because of bad weather and you cannot reschedule, we refund the full amount you have paid. Please stay in touch with us before your departure.
When should I cancel my booking?
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure to receive a refund of your booking deposit. If you cancel less than 48 hours before departure, your booking deposit is not refundable.
What if Rent Boat Como cancels for reasons on its side?
If we cancel your booking for reasons on our side, we refund the full amount you have paid.

Before you step aboard.
You may bring your own drinks. Food is generally not permitted aboard private tours. Drinks available on board and included in the price depend on the package you choose.
Children are welcome. Include children in your total group size when you enquire. Pets require prior approval: tell us the type of animal and, for a dog, its breed and size, so we can confirm acceptance for your boat.
Swimming is possible when the location and conditions are suitable. Agree any swimming stop with your skipper within your booked programme and duration.
